This AromaFlow Virtual Workshop will guide you to a deeper understanding of the use of essential oils in your yoga practice. We will move through a simple sequence together in the comfort of our own homes, on our mats, as we integrate the healing properties of our essentials through this unique experience! Thee most powerful way to learn and awaken our senses!

Lets nourish ourselves, reignite our hope, lift our spirits, and ultimately find peace within ourselves through the power of Mother Nature’s essentials. We are so busy doing we forget to be with ourselves, to take the time to be in the moment. This class will guide you to awaken your senses to FEEL, MOVE, and BREATH with INTENTION! As we flow together (virtually but collectively and consciously) we will be introduced to our primitive nature using the power of Aromatherapy. Learning through Mother herself of her many gifts and wonder.
*This class is for ALL LEVELS and we especially welcome newbies to aromatherapy! This is a great way to learn about some of the most popular essentials and their healing properties through personal experience! I will be offering this class once a month to refresh and reignite our connection with our favorite oils.
