Embrace Reiki & Restorative Yoga as we tap into the Autumnal season, of shedding the old to make space in your mind and body, preparing for Winter. Receive a deeply nurturing practice as we indulge in relaxation and restoration through ancient integrative techniques and prop-supported poses. This class is infused with Aromatherapy to open the senses and to help allow students to explore their bodies’ gentle natural rhythms. We will create space in the body, mind, and heart.
Infused in this practice- Reiki’s healing energy, offering individual hands-on assists, to promote deep relaxation and clear blockages allowing the energy body to deeply relieve stress and release any residual tension it may be holding onto.
