PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
A private session allows for a more intimate experience into your yoga practice. Create or refine with One-on-One Sessions, excellent for focusing on specific needs, injuries, or conditions you may have. You can work on particular goals, postures/sequences you may be struggling with, and tune into a deeper connection with your Mind, Body, and Soul. Rachel Lee Cronin is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), Reiki Healer, + Certified Aromatherapist who blends a Unique Holistic and Integrative approach- combining Yoga, Reiki, and Aromatherapy- into each one of her Private Sessions. Private Prices range, depending on the duration and location of the session. Choose from in Studio Private experience to a comfortable At-Home Private Training Session.

REIKI HEALING TREATMENT
We hold a lot of stress, tension, and emotions within our bodies. Reiki is a powerful energy that flows through each and every one of us. Using a hands on, or hands off, technique, this Divine energy flows from the Practitioner to the deep lakers of cells of the one being treated. With this Divine energy you can promote healing, relieve anxiety and depression, restore balance and harmony, improve sleep, reduce pain, and decrease stress. Working on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. Rachel is a Certified Reiki Level II Practitioner offering you to deeply rest and relax in the comfort of your home, or safe space at the studio, as you are infused with this divine healing treatment. Release any harboring energy within and bring the energy field back into balance with the Universal flow of Reiki.
WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is the awareness that energy flows through all living things and directly affects the quality of a person's health. This spiritually guided life force energy has been part of wisdom of many cultures since ancient times, sharing this energy known in many forms as Qi in China, Ki in Japan, and Prana in Yogic Philosophy. Science refers to it as Biofield energy, you may have heard about your Aura or understand these energies to be our Chakras. When life energy is strong, you can easily deal with stress and less likely to feel ill but when it is low, it is more difficult to deal with tension, anxiety, and stress which leads to illness. Charge up with Reiki, "God's Wisdom or Higher Power" of "Life force Energy". You will notice a feeling of ease, deep relaxation, and peaceful calming sensations when in a session, as it promotes healing and rebalancing within your body.
