For those who know me, I have always been a very positive and spirited person. Both pregnancies I practiced yoga, meditation, and was still active because I was always in love with healing my body in every aspect imaginable. There was a time that things changed. After our 2nd child was born, I was exhausted, I lacked energy, and felt imbalanced, I lost control of myself. Although, I felt so grateful to be blessed with creating another beautiful being, I gave ALL my attention to my children that I lost my purpose and desire to do anything for myself. Looking back, it was no doubt stress that was causing this pain from within. We were struggling to keep our heads above water financially, my husband had to get a 2nd job to keep us afloat. He would go from work to work (sunrise to sunset) and even work weekends, landscaping for extra cash. We barely saw each other and (for anyone that stays at home I’m sure you can relate) my days were very long, mentally, physically, and emotionally draining. I relied on coffee to bring me up ("No one talk to Mommy until she has her Joe") and then a glass of wine to bring me down at night to unwind. I was definitely emotionally eating (chocolate chip cookies were my weakness) to fill the void. I so desperately wanted to regain my over all health back to have more energy, shake the extra baby weight, and find strength for my children... to be the amazing mom I knew I could be. It was then that I was introduced to nutritional cleansing.
For my 30th birthday (2 years ago in March), I gave myself the gift of optimal health. I began with the modified nursing program, I was amazed that what took me 6 months to get back into shape with my first child: counting calories and a lot of hard work at the gym…. only took me less than 2 short months to lose the rest of my baby weight with my second child!!!! That's a whopping 16lbs! I was excited to fit into my “skinny” clothes again but I have to admit that the weight loss was truly an added bonus. My light was so much brighter, I was jumping out of bed every morning with a new sense of confidence, I re-gained my energy and motivation back to get myself back in the gym, and I was able to quiet my mind when it was time for me to sit in my “sacred space” (a corner in my bedroom which I am forever grateful for) in meditation. This truly got me through one of the toughest years, regaining control and seeing that there is a better way.People started to take notice of my results and wanted to join in on the fun! It became a MASSIVE ripple effect and I began helping others reach their own personal goals.

As I dove more into researching and understanding the love and passion that went into each decisive step in creating these incredible products..IT BLOWS MY MIND and simply put... extraordinary. I have to admit that I was very skeptical at first, even though I would grab a shake at the gym (now knowing that this was not the healthiest option) after a workout (and pay twice as much!) not realizing the harm I could be doing by not choosing the highest quality product for recovery and nourishment. It gives me such relief to know that the nutrients my family and I are putting into our bodies are from clean, pure, and *UNDENATURED* ingredients. I am proud to say the weight has been lifted (pun intended). The financial stress is no longer, I was able to relieve my husband from his 2nd job to be home with his family more often, regain my mind.body.soul, and for us to live our lives passionately. I feel like I am in complete control of designing my own freedom and I feel so strongly that this is such a unique gift that I want to share with the World!!!! All it takes is a bit of hope, faith, and belief to achieve what some would say is impossible.
