I don't know about you but when I have a full protein bar in my bag, I tend to unintentionally down the whole thing! Here is an AWESOME TIP for when just snacking…>>SPLIT IT UP<<
- Grab your favorite protein bar ((this one is the Lemon Passion Crunch-YUMMO!)
- Chop up into bite sized pieces.
- Put half in a (preferably reusable) to-go (or ziplock) bag. This way you can savor the flavor and not over indulge!
