Ingredients
- organic tomatoes diced
- chopped red onion
- 1 large jalapeños, seeded and chopped (1/4 cup. leave the seeds if you love spicy like we do!)
- 3-4 medium ripe avocados, semi-firm but ripe, peeled, cored and diced
- a few Tbsp's olive oil
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice (lemon is good too!)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- tsp salt (season to taste)
- black pepper
- KEY INGREDIENT: chopped up cilantro!!!
