{ Easy Recipe Alert } Pasta Primavera

WOA..Ever have a bunch of leftover veggies that are screaming for attention? This recipe is not only a super savor for those need to get eaten veggies but is easy AND can also be modified to even be cleanser friendly! (high fives all around!) 

Cleanser friendly option: Use brown rice or Quinoa pasta, option to hold the cheese, and sub the cream sauce by just using EVOO and some red pepper flakes to spice things up!

OR-Save this to enjoy on a Fun Day! We ALL require those and can still have a super nutritious and delicious meal!! Who says healthy can't be Delish?! {Foodie at Heart}

Sunday Night Shout Out goes to all the people out there creating goals and pushing past their comfort zones to accomplish them!!! 👊👊 Didn't know 💯% if I would make it today, knee was acting up on my last training run and I had every excuse to not go. My amazing running friends kept my spirits up🙏! Also much thanks to thee amazing Keith Kimmick for the last minute acupuncture sesh!! @Mile 5 I saw my amazing family, 😎👶👧Hub +girls refueled this mama with electrolytes {‪#‎Replenish‬}, all Natural energy shot {‪#‎Eshot‬}, and {No Artificial} Amped Fuel {GU makes my stomach turn!}..Mile 8 my knee was on fire🔥🔥🔥 •MIND OVER MATTER• (you should've heard my self talk lol🙉) Pushed through the pain and crossed the finish line🎉 with my friend Sarah {also with knee troubles🙈} 💥💥💥 •ULTIMATE GOOSEBUMPS•💥💥 Nothing feels better than accomplishing a vision you manifested and worked towards. Watching the look on my girls faces on how proud they are and the example I am setting for them😃 
Running Mindful Tip: As I was running beside hundreds of people {in my working meditation aka "zone"} I totally realized, It's truly not the destination but the journey of getting there. Embrace it! Set new goals, push past what you think is impossible, dare to dream, get up, show up, and ‪#‎FINISH‬! Cheers to those that received medals today! 😂😜👏👊 Time to rest up.....😴💤💤💤

Buddy System | Accountability is a requirement

When you don't have the desire to go outside in the cold, put on your workout clothes, or hear loud music as you pounce away at the pavement sometimes it helps to follow the buddy system. Call a friend to motivate you to get up off your butt, ask your husband, girlfriend, or mom to encourage you, or my ultimate favorite…sign up for a race with a bunch of people (I prefer joining empowering mommy race groups) to hold you accountable. If it weren't for my half-marathon around the corner, I may not have had the motivation to bundle up this munchkin, while she was playing so peacefully with her baby dolls, to get my miles in. She always has such a blast in the jogger so it sure does help me having one of the cutest running buddies on the block! :)
